The group or Cardiologist Milind Desai:
https://my.clevelandclinic.org/staff/6670-milind-desai
from the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio:
tested the accuracy of the Quinton Q-tel RMS 3 channel ECG device against consumer grade heart rate monitors on a treadmill up to 15 km/h and wrote a a paper about it:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6732081/
They found out that the Polar H7 chest strap is the most accurate one, followed by the Apple watch 3.
We invite now the group of Milind Desai to write a new paper to compare the accracy on a treadmill for runs up to 15 km/h of a Quinton Q-tel RMS 3 channel ECG device to a 3 channel PiEEG ECG device with HeartPy:
HeartPy:

We suppose that PiEEG which can be bought from Elecrow for 350 USD can be used instead of the Quinton Q-tel RMS 3 channel ECG device for this application since it accurate enough. And we suppose also that a PiEEG 3 channel ECG device can also be used for many other applications for cardiologist such as those from the Cleveland Clinic in Ohio, as well as applications for other medical doctors and scientists.
We invite also others to write a paper about this topic. If you do not have a Quinton Q-tel RMS 3 channel ECG you can buy one used on eBay for 7000 USD:
