Richard Davidson’s vision for the future was already Yogi Bhajan’s reality 30 years ago

20 years ago Richard Davidson published this PNAS paper:

https://www.pnas.org/doi/10.1073/pnas.0407401101

Here on Landguet Ried in Bern he talks about what he knows about meditation today:

Richard Davidson envisions that day that meditation will sooner or later be part of our daily practice, as brushing teeths.

From the very early part of Richard Davidson’s scientific carreer, he was interested in one fundamental question, and that is resilience, and not meditation.

If meditation be would be Richard Davidsons primary research project, would he then not meditate for more than 20 min a day, as spritual teachers do it, wo practice around 4 hours a day?And would he not know much more about meditation, such as Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org knows about it, and writes about it under www.petergamma.org?

Yogi Bajan taught for 25 years Kundalini Yoga in the U.S. before he gave the following talk ind the following video. And from the very early part of his carreer as a master or Kundalini Yoga, Yogi Bhajan practiced Sadhana every day in the morinng for two hours as a daily practice for mental clarity.

Yogi Bhajan taught already 30 years ago a daily meditation practice for mental clairity, and that is Sadhana. And from whom can we learn more about how to increase the gamma wave activity in the left prefrontal cortex, from Richard Davidson or Yogi Bhajan? Who was more successful in rising the energy of his students? “When you walk into a gathering, you should be like a candle in a dark room”, Yogi Bhajan said in one of his videos to his students. And who was more successful in doing this, Yogi Bhajan or Richard Davidson? What is your opinion about this topic? Write it in the comments below.
