Krisztián Hofstädter PhD induces alpha waves by listening to «Voisky – marble sadness»
Why did he not choose «Snatam Kaur – By Thy Grace – live from the 2013 Wake Up Festival»:
We found the music from Snatam Kaur previously, and it was a great music to wake up. Daniel Goleman explained previously what it means to wake up:
The music from «Snatam Kaur – live from the 2013 Wake Up Festival» is a music which is very suitable to wake up. Snatam Kaur was a student of Yogi Bhajan, PhD. The music «Snatam Kaur – Thy Grace – live from the 2013 Wake Up Festival» cannot be found in the web anymore, most probably due to copyright reasons. Maybe you can find it somewhere in a music shop. But it is very suitable to wake up, as well as other music from Snatam Kaur in the example of
Here we found music from Snatam Kaur for the Awakening of our mind
Snatam Kaur Live at Sat Nam Fest: Awakening (Ek Ong Kar Sat Nam Siri Wahe Guru)
Snatam Kaur tours also to Switzerland:
Snatam Kaur – Aad Guray Nameh [ Live in Switzerland OpenAir]
Krisztián Hofstädter PhD induces alpha waves by listening to «Voisky – marble sadness». And alpha wave correlate with a calm state of mind. But to wake up means something completely different, as Daniel Goleman explained it in the above video. It means that gamma wave activity in the pre-frontal cortex are shifted from the right prefrontal cortex to the left prefrontal cortex. Gamma waves in the right pre-frontal cortex correlate with sadness, anxiety and depression. Whereas gamma waves in the left prefrontal cortex correlate with happiness and well-being.
Krisztián Hofstädter PhD has listened to «Voisky – marble sadness» in the above video. And we can see an increas in alpha wave activity in Krisztián Hofstädter PhD.s brain.
Snatam Kaur offers also music to wake up. as in the example of «Snatam Kaur – live from the 2013 Wake Up Festival» – a music Snatam Kaur composed to wake up. And Snatam Kaur does not mean to wake up in the morning. She means to wake up spiritually. Since Snatam Kaur is a mantra singer and a student of Yogi Bhajan, her music is suitable to wake up spiritually. And eventually also to do some EEG studies with it. But this would require more channels than only 2 EEG channels as shown in the above example of Krisztián Hofstädter, especially in the pre-frontal cortex.
