Why can Swiss meditation teachers such as Vanja Palmers and Diego Hangartner not do what Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche or Dilgo Khyentse Yangsi Rinpoche could do and that is to be guiding stars which shine all over the world?

Vanja Palmers lived for 10 years in a monastery, and Diego Hengartner lived for 11 Years in Dharmasala, India. For Dilgo Khyentse Yangsi Rinpoche the term enlightement seems to be very clear as he explains in the following video:

According to the little knowledge Peter Gamma from www.petergamma.org has, to become enlightened requires a full-time training of 13 years as a young person. Thich Nhat Hanh once said, young monks get enlighened very fast. For older monks it takes a bit longer. Both Vanja Palmers as well as Diego Hangartner most probably trained for more than 10 years, but both first studied at Swiss universities. But did they have a break-through like Dilgo Khyentse Yangsi Rinpoche or Dilgo Khyentse Rinpoche? These two absolved their meditation training as young persons. And for both the term enlightened is very clear, as we can learn from those. Both of them experienced what enlightement means by their own personal experience.

But what about Diego Hangartner and Vanja Palmers? Are both of them little known even in Switzerland where both of them live?
