Yes, there is. It is the Swiss Federal Institute of Sports in Magglingen, where many Swiss sports man are educated and are happy doing sports. Peter does not need a PhD. in Physiology from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Zurich to be a Physiologist with all of his heart. But Peter needs at least a 3 channel ECG device so that his heart can rejoice. He won’t be happy with a Polar H10 chest or on an Apple watch.
