Krisztián Hofstädter used this cap in his studies:
We did not find a demonstration which could convince us of the proper function of the Greentek EEG cap. We mentioned this previously in our journal.
We found now two papers in which this cap is used:
- “The Sensor Hub for Detecting the Developmental Characteristics in Reading in Children on a White vs. Colored Background/Colored Overlays“
https://www.mdpi.com/1424-8220/21/2/406
- The authors declare no conflict of interest.
- The funders had no role in the design of the study; in the collection, analyses, or interpretation of data; in the writing of the manuscript, or in the decision to publish the results.
- The authors of the papers are from Slovenia and Serbia.
- mBrainTrain is from Serbia as well.

2. “The effect of colour on reading performance in children, measured by a sensor hub: From the perspective of gender“
https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0252622
- The authors acknowledge Elementary School “Drinka Pavlović” Serbia, Belgrade and IPS Jozef Stefan.
- mBrainTrain is also located in Belgrade.
- The authors did not declare a conflict of interest
- mBrainTrain is also located in Serbia, Belgrade, is there a conflict of interest, for instance with mBrainTrain?
We did not study those yet. If you have read those we invite you to comment about it in the comments:
Issues of both papers for us personally:
- None of the papers a Conflict of Interest Statement which say:
*The authors declares that this site was conducted in the absence of any commercial or financial relationships that could be construed as a potential conflict of interest.
- We do not know of any major company who sell devices for scientific studies such as iWorx, g.tec medical, Biopac or Adinstruments who has picked up the cap in their catalogue this this date.
- PLOS ONE and Sensors Basel are not journals of the highest level.
