Is Rob er Horst a ruminant of a marketing show based on a template?

If look at Rob ter Horsts videos they look perfect. He starts testing smartwatches and at the end he has a huge plot with all the accuracy data of all the smartwatches which can be compared to each other. Everything the hearts of smartwatch sellers desire? And we only have to wait until paper after paper will will be published in Nature and Science which show that the Polar H10 and the Apple watches are «the best devices»?

And although a validation paper about the Polar H10 has been published in the «European Journal of Applied Physiology» we do not know of non sports and exercise physiologists who use the Polar H10 for their research.

We repeatedly wrote to Rob to please pick up 3 channel ECG devices into his tests. But Rob didn’t fulfill our wishes. And we are very surprised that Rob has not included a treadmill protocol with a treadmill from Schiller in his tests, but only cycling outside on his old, old bike.

Rob ter Horst want to sell us Apples and the Polar H10 as the most accurate devices:

But up to about 15 km/h on a treadmill 3 channel ECG devices are the most accate ones. And if we look at scientific studies of really serious athletes we can see that they use these devices such as a g.tec medical multi-purpose device and treadmills from Schiller for their research, devices of the highest quality. And we cannot follow Rob ter Horst not to choose the most accurate devices for his tests what the hearts of scientists would wish. But instead he tests Apple watches with the Polar H10 chest strap on his old old bike, everything the hearts of smartwatch sellers desire?
