Rob ter Horsts results about the smartwatches he tested are not reproducable

Since Rob ter Horst does not publish his testing protocols his data cannot be reproduced by other scientists. Furthermore he uses a controversial reference device for HR measurement which is a Polar H10 chest strap which is not a gold standard 3 channel ECG device but only a single channel ECG device. If a scientist publishes results which cannot be reproduced by other scientists and uses a reference device which is controversial will his methods and results not be rejected by other scientists such as the editors of scientific journals? Did Rob ter Horst as DC Rainmaker also come to the conclusion that “science sucks” and did he give science basically up?
