Pi EEG does not have many of the issues OpenBCI Cyton has and Robert Oostenveld mentioned on his blog

Robert Oostenveld mentioned the following issues of OpenBCI Cyton:

OpenBCI issues discovered by Robert Oostenveld Associate Principal Investigator at Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour in Nijmegen, the Netherlands

He suggests to use the Unicorn Black by g.tec medical instead. But can we not use also PiEEG 8 channels instead? PiEEG does not have many of the issues Robert Oostenveld mentioned either. But PiEEG does not have yet the software support OpenBCI has:

and unfortunately orders placed now for PiEEG 8 channel will only ship on Apr 29, 2024 .
