Did the Nobel prize winner the Dalai Lama the 14. trigger studies about a «Nobel prize topic» and that is meditation an mental health? But did this topic not yet have a scientific breaktrough which eventually could lead to a Nobel prize?
When Matthieu Ricard talked about the studies of Richard Davidson about meditation, he said in the following video, that the results of this study might be revolutionary, and that they hope that they are published in the journal «Nature».
Matthieu Ricard participated himself in this studies, and is co-author of the paper he mentioned. Nature is a scientific journal in which many Nobel prize winners have published their papers. But the paper Matthieu Ricard mentioned was not published in Nature, but in PNAS:

Some scientists say PNAS means «post nature and science» which means that papers that are published in PNAS are papers which are rejected by Nature and Science. The results of Richard Davidsons studies are eventually revolutionary in the field of mental health. But did this revolution not yet happen in a way, so that it would lead to a Nobel prize?
