We suggest you to attach the sensors described in our journal either to:
- Home Assistant
or
- NeuroKit 2
- And write a student diploma thesis, a PhD thesis or a paper about it.
- You can develop an image of the software which runs on a Raspberry Pi.
- You eventually will have problems to buy a new and powerful Raspberry Pi for your project, but you can eventually buy a used one on eBay.
- Since nobody has ever realized this project, it is worth to be published in a scientific journal.
- You can also discuss the specific problems with Raspberry Pi SBC in your paper, and discuss the alternatives which are available.
- You can find many info’s in our journal about SBCs in our journal.
- We reviewed those for about a month, but we still haven’t found what we are looking for.
- We are happy to help you in your project, if we can.Contact us, if you like under pg@petergamma.org
- Fur us it was an easy job to write this journal.
- It is a private project on Peter Gamma’s personal web site.
- Is it not also an easy job for a scientist with good coding skills to attach these sensors to the mentioned platforms?
- Is it not for the benefit of the scientific community and also to the benefit of the the whole society in general to have such an open sensor platform which is freely available for everyone?
- For us personally, it was not worth it to submit our reviews to a scientific paper in the form of a paper, altough many things we have published in our own journal is new and we did not find it published somewhere else.
- We therefore started our own journal.
- But to submit our contributions to a well established scientific journal would have meant additional work which we currently are not able to handle.
