We had linked an offer on Aliexpress with a Raspberri zero 2 w which offered the board as well as a case which was especially made for and usb hub. Shortly after that, the offer which sells the Raspberri zero 2 w for 40 USD was gone.
The most affordable Raspberri zero 2 where then sold for around 100 USD. We have several Raspberri zero 2 w’s on ebay on our watch list. We have noticed that they where before we started reviewing already sold for around 100 USD.
Do sellers observe us and ask to take up products we link in their shops, as for instance OpenBCI? And by doing so, trigger sellers to incrrease prices? We observed interest from demo makers in our activities. We where contacted by Dave Lusty who works for Microsoft UK, who informed us about the Event Hub Acure Cloud Power Pi demo with the Fenix 6 he made. We also oberved a lot of demos which seemed to be targeted at us. This causes us to be attentive what we publish in the web and what are the consequences of this.
There are competitor devices for the Raspberri zero 2 which are sold for around 30 USD which we mentioned in our journal. We suggest you to in the future not publish links to products which you think that they are affordable. You risk they they are removed and replaced by offers which are not affordable.
