How to resolve issues with MangoPi MQ-QUAD running Debian and usb-c hubs (part II)

The Raspberry Pi zero w 2 started selling for 15 USD, and costs now 105 USD. I am therefore looking for an alternative to this device.

NicoD’s SBCs showed on his YouTube channel, that the usb-c shield from the Raspberry Pi zero w 2 works also for the MangoPi MQ Pro:

and I suppose also for the MangoPi Quatt.

Users reported to have issues with the MangoPi Quatt and usb-c:

I think the MangoPi MQ Quad SBC is a good alternative for the expensive Raspberry Pi zero w 2 and I think it is therefore worth testing the mentioned suggested solutions to resolve issues with usb-c.
