- prices for the most affordable OpenBCI modules seem currently to be linked to the prices of single EEG modules
- That means, it does not matter, whether we buy 8 single EEG modules or an 8 channel OpenBCI module, prices for both options are about the same
- We observed for instance on Aliexpress that sellers start offering new products as for instance the Orange Pi5 at a competitive price, but then soon increase the prices for those to the price they sold elsewhere
- Do we have to expect that prices for affordable OpenBCI modules will increase if more pieces are sold from this modules?
- If the market for OpenBCI modules reacts as the market for EEG caps, then yes.
- But this does not make much sense for the sellers. Wo wants to buy EEG modules from sellers who do stock market speculations with those?
- Are these stock market speculators familiar with EEG modules? Is there a big marked for those? We strongly doubt about this
