Is Roche already the secret financer of Laghsam in Zurich? And will Roche also take over the Longku Center for Tibetan-Buddhist Studies and Meditation FPMT Switzerland Bern:
https://longku.fpmt.ch/en/home
as well as Losang Palmo (Rita Riniker) who teaches there? And will Roche also take over the Landguet Ried near Bern:
Or are these facilities already under the control of Roche? Who knows. And will Roche after they made long-term mediation studies with the Laghsam teachers and mediators, publish the results in paper after paper in Nature, and receives the Nobel Prize in Medicine for it? And will Roche then built retreat centers after retreat center around the word which are financed by health insurance companies in cooperation with Roche. Or will Roche go to the stock exchange with it?
We think also the Psychiatric Hospital of the University of Zurich should conduct studies with meditators and study the effect on mental health. Enlightement by Gerry Hofstetter of the Psychiatric Hospital University of Zurich is fine:
but we miss mental health studies with meditators in Zurich at publicly funded institutions, which are equipped with the necessary laboratories and funding. Is the financing of the Center of Healthy Minds in Madison Wisconsin transparent? We don t know anything about it. If not, who is hiding behind it, and what goals have the intransparent funders?
The same applies for Laghsam Meditation in Zurich. Suppose it is financed by Roche, which intention is behind it? Pharmaceutical companies want to make money out of research projects, nontransparent funders of research projects eventually also. But mental health is a public issue. And should we leave the pathways described in our journal to solve the problem of mental health only to pharmaceutical companies and in transparent funders with in transparent goals? No. mental health is a public issue and also the pathways described here to solve and do resarch about this problem should also be dona at public research institutes.
Is meditation research a topic from which it is possible make a lot of money from? Osho could, but was he a guiding stars for us all? He called himself that he was a teacher for rich people. But mental health should not be only available for rich people on the pathways described here, but it should be available for everyone. The topics discussed here cannot be solved by us alone, but it can be solved on the long term by the worldwide global community.
But is mental health not a topic the whole humanity is interested in? And is it not a topic the whole humanity is interested in to solve the problem of mental health on the path of practicing meditation? A path which should induce a change of gamma wave activity in the left prefrontal cortex. If it is researched in depth, it could lead to publications at the highest level, and solve a problem of the entire humanity. The problem of mental health solved by training the mind. A problem, if it is solved in depth by researchers at the highest level, would certainly deserve a Nobel Prize in Medizine.
