Why does Richard Davidson promote brain scanners and Rob ter Horst the Apple watch Ultra instead of promoting OpenBCI EEG for brain studies and OpenBCI ECG for heart studies?

And why is there so much more marketing for brain scanners and the Apple watch Ultra than for OpenBCI? Is this because companies can make much more money out of brain scanners and the Apple watch Ultra than from OpenBCI?
